The LuxTicket Guide: what it is for and how to use it

Lux Ticket Limited (No. 10820777) has arranged premium tickets and hospitality for sport since 2017. The Guide is the informational section of the site: here we explain how categories and access formats work, how venues differ and by what rules competitions run. Articles are written from facts and from our team's experience in the stands, not from other people's guides, and are updated when rules or schedules change.

What are the Guide articles about

About what happens between buying a ticket and kick-off. Four themes: access formats (ticket categories, hospitality, Ringside, Paddock Club), venues and their blocks, competition mechanics (draws, fixture changes for TV, how a UFC card is put together) and the secondary market: how it works and how to check a seller before buying. Travel logistics, hotels and transfers are not covered in the Guide.

How is the Guide different from event pages

An event page answers 'how much does it cost and how do I buy' for a specific date and lives until matchday. A Guide article answers a general question, such as 'what is included in hospitality', is not tied to a date and leads to the page where that access can be arranged. We do not publish prices in articles: they change every week and live on the event pages.

Who writes the articles and where do the facts come from

The articles are prepared by the LuxTicket team from our own experience of working with venues and from verifiable sources: competition regulations, club rules and public registers. Where a fact depends on the club or stadium, we say so rather than generalise. The publication and update dates are shown at the top of every article.

How do I ask a question that is not in the Guide

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will reply personally. If different clients keep asking the same question, it becomes the next article. That is how the first Guide topics appeared: football ticket categories and hospitality.
